When my daughter was 7 or 8, we were in a store, and there was an Amish family shopping as well. They were dressed in the traditional style, wide brimmed hats, dark, long dresses, bonnets, etc. My daughter pulled on my shirt to get my attention. "Look mommy!", she said. "Pilgrims!"
