I'm actually marrying my best friend. We met in college, just hung around, had fun, even dated others, but then she finally let me out of the friendzone. What happens? She says yes and takes the ring :D
Okay guys for the record, a girl does not friendzone you. You do it to yourself. Buying a girl shit does not mean you are granted access to her body to be used at your discretion, it means you are a sweet guy and bought her something nice. Girls who abuse that shit are bags of dicks and NOT WORTH THE EFFORT. So stop complaining about friend zone and just be a fucking man and no longer whine about vag you can not attain. I don't complain about the fact I can't get laid by any girls, so neither should you.
Another thing - a lot of married women or people in committed relationships call their partner their best friend. Not sure if any of these are that way, but I do know that you need to be a friend before you can be a lover.
indeed dreznor. I'm a woman, but one thing I know for damn sure... If you're in a friendship with a woman and you're not confident enough to take it to the next step it'll never happen. You don't ASK for it to be taken to the next step. You TAKE it to the next step. And if it fails, you get the heck out of there.
Women, from very early in their lives, try to make themselves look attractive to men. Men experiment with ways to approach and pick up women. Men are always looking for, women are trying to be looked for. So how far the relationship goes is up to the guy. Now if she really doesn't like you that way, best to find out ahead of time and not spend so much time in a relationship drooling over a woman you can't have, and remaining single all your life. Just take it to the next step, if she refuses, move on with your life.
I'm married to my best friend, but neither of us ever considered the other JUST a friend. We were always more than that. Mostly because he wanted more than that, and he made sure that happened. If I hadn't been interested, nothing would have happened, but I was, and he did, and here we are.
So I guess my message to all that are in the friendzone... the answer is simple... grow some balls.
